Eligibility criteria

RSA's accounting and finance graduate programme is open to final year students who are on track to obtain at least a 2.1 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and who have achieved a minimum of 120 UCAS points across three A-level (or equivalent) subjects.

The opportunity

If you're considering accountancy as a career, this is a fantastic opportunity to be directly involved in how RSA develops its reporting and analysis competencies in order to maintain our leading market positions. You'll have the chance to gain experience working across multiple functions including financial reporting, finance business partnering, financial planning and analysis, and capital management.

We offer financial support to help you towards the ACCA qualification, including time off to study and a comprehensive skills development plan. We'll also pair you with a personal mentor in the business
