Louis is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Intact Financial Corporation, RSA's parent company, and has more than 30 years of international experience in financial management.
Louis' previous roles include Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Intact Financial Corporation. He was responsible for Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Treasury.
Louis has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financing, system implementation, public reporting tax and corporate governance.
External appointments
Louis serves on the Board of Governors of Finance Montreal and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Quebec Chapter of Financial Executive International Canada. Louis joined the federal government’s Sustainable Finance Action Council in 2021.
