Ken has more than 20 years of financial services experience within the insurance sector. He worked in the reinsurance industry in Bermuda before joining Intact Financial Corporation, RSA’s parent company, in 2007.
At Intact, Ken was responsible for guiding mergers and acquisitions activities, as well as the company’s capital management, treasury, tax, and financial planning activities. His previous role was Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations.

Ken is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Ireland Canada Chamber of Commerce, Montreal Chapter, and a Trustee of the Canadian Irish Studies Foundation.
