Lindsey has been at RSA in July 1992. She currently leads customer services for RSA Motability. Lindsey is an active mental health first aider, a dementia friend and autism champion, as well as being a parent governor at her children’s school. She was awarded the North West Contact Centre Manager of the Year 2017 and is extremely proud to lead the North West Contact Centre Frontline Team of the Year for 2017 and 2018.
