2017 Gender Pay Gap Report

From 2017 onwards, employers in Great Britain with more than 250 employees must calculate and publish their Gender Pay Gap in line with UK Government requirements under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. This report sets out our gender pay gap figures, the reasons for our pay gap and the actions we are taking to reduce it.
