RSA appoints Neil Strickland as Director of Customer Experience for Global Risk Solutions business

Following the re-focus of RSA’s Global Risk Solutions (“GRS”) business, RSA Group plc (“RSA”) today announces the appointment of Neil Strickland as Director of its new Commercial Customer Experience function. 

In November, RSA announced its plan to streamline its international exposure by refocusing its London Market business and exiting some portfolios. In order to ensure our customers receive best in class service and support throughout their interactions with RSA following these changes, RSA has created a new Customer Experience function bringing together marketing, customer management and risk consulting into a single team.

Neil Strickland, will take up the role of Customer Experience Director with immediate effect. In his current role as Director of Risk Consulting, Neil has made significant progress in designing a best in class proposition, including overseeing the award winning RSARed, which supports customers to benchmark, manage and mitigate their risk exposure. Neil has over three decades experience in the industry and before joining RSA worked in Customer Management and Relationship roles at Zurich and AIG.
