The FSA Register is a public record of financial services firms, individuals and other bodies which fall under its regulatory jurisdiction as defined in the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).
Employers Liability Register
From 1st April 2011 we are required under FSA rules to keep a register of Employers' Liability Insurance that we have provided to help claimants trace the relevant insurer. RSA fulfil this requirement through the Employers' Liability Tracing Office. Our records can be found at the following website
