We have around 23,000 employees across our four regions. Approximately 8,000 are based in the UK, 8,000 in our International business (Scandinavia, Canada, Ireland and Italy) and 7,000 in our Emerging Markets business (Latin America, the Baltics, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East).
