We also have two excellent training academies – one technical, one marketing-focused, alongside award-winning leadership development programmes. At regular Talent Review Boards, action is taken to help people make exciting career moves – sometimes between job functions, sometimes between countries. We want you to love working here

Every year we undertake an employee engagement survey. Teams work together with their leaders to discuss how they can improve their work and their team environment. The first survey, performed by Gallup in 2008, put us in the 42nd percentile of comparable companies, globally. Last year we had already reached the 70th, setting us well on the way to our target of the 75th.
