Recognition

Saying “well done” is important to us. We thank our employees through a number of initiatives, from small cash awards to shopping vouchers through to our prestigious Platinum Club.

The Platinum Club is our own global awards for employees. Anyone can nominate anyone, from any business area or location, who they believe does an excellent job living our brand beliefs. Winners and their partners receive a fantastic, five-star holiday to a surprise location.
