Application form

The first step of your journey is to submit your online application form. Regardless of the country or position you're applying for, your application form must be submitted in English.

We value diversity - tell us about your passions and what makes you unique. Perhaps you've run a marathon, performed on stage, held a job at university or raised funds for charity. What sets you apart from others?

Numerical test

In some countries we’ll invite you to complete a timed numerical test. When we have your results, we’ll let you know if you have met our benchmark. If so, your journey will continue with a telephone interview.

In other countries, we go directly to the telephone interview, described below.

Telephone interview

This will give us an opportunity to find out more about your skills and experiences. It will take approximately 30 minutes and be conducted in English.

Assessment centre

The last stage is our assessment centre in the country or region you have applied to. The day will really allow us to get to know each other. It will include an interview, an analytical exercise and presentation exercise to see how you interpret data. Plus a group exercise so we can see how you interact with others. Assessment exercises may differ across countries.
