Independent Expert’s Reports
When the Court is asked to approve an insurance business transfer, an independent expert is required to report, amongst other things, on the effects of the transfer on policyholders and policyholder protection. This section contains a summary of the independent expert’s original reports, a full independent expert report for each transfer, and two supplemental reports (for RSAI & Pagi, and RSAI Sun & Marine respectively).
