RSA has been in existence for over 300 years and during that time we’ve accumulated an impressive array of businesses. In fact, the UK business currently has 22 regulated insurance companies.
As part of a programme to simplify the administration of RSA’s insurance business and in preparation for new European rules on insurance regulation (Solvency II) we are proposing to undertake a series of related insurance business transfers.
This website has been developed to give you detailed information on the transfers and contains copies of certain key documents which provide further detail on the transfers.

UPDATES
On the 12th December 2011 the High Court of Justice of England and Wales sanctioned the transfers which became effective on 1st January 2012.
