RSA aims to deliver a professional, fair and speedy claims service at all times.

For example, in 2007, we demonstrated our responsiveness during the June floods in the North of England. Our loss adjusters were among the first on the ground, arriving within hours. Operating out of RSA Emergency Response centres, the team coordinated customer advice, fast-tracked emergency payments and accommodation.  We also ensured that all known affected personal and commercial customers were contacted within 2 days.
