American Depositary Receipts

RSA terminated its listing, in the form of American Depositary Shares, on the New York Stock Exchange on 30 October 2006.

2003 Rights Issue

In 2003, RSA undertook a Rights Issue.  The terms of the Rights Issue were one new ordinary share for every one existing Ordinary share, at a price of 70 pence per new Ordinary share.

All holdings of the Company’s shares are maintained on the Company’s UK share register, which is administered by Equiniti.
