Electronic Communications
At the 2008 AGM, RSA passed a Resolution seeking authority from shareholders to change the Articles of Association to permit the use of electronic communications (E-Comms) as the default method of communication with shareholders in line with the Companies Act 2006.
Those shareholders who have signed up to Equiniti’s Shareview website will receive electronic notification of the availability of key company documents such as the Annual Report and Accounts. All other shareholders will receive written notification of the availability of the Annual Report on the Company’s website.
Shareholders can elect to receive a hard copy of the document if preferred by contacting Equiniti Limited.
Shareholders are encouraged to elect to receive shareholder documents electronically by registering with Shareview. Electronic shareholder communications are cost effective and ensure you get timely information. This will also reduce the impact on the environment.
