Fast Track is designed to develop people’s leadership capabilities across a dynamic 2 year programme, offering great career progression in terms of diversity and pace. As well as tailored leadership training and job based learning we will ensure you have exposure to senior leaders including global networking opportunities.

These business leaders will take an active part in your development, working with you to mentor and coach you to achieve your career goal.

A critical part of the Fast Track Programme is the opportunity to complete an international assignment for a 6 month period therefore a willingness to travel is required. Working abroad in another part of our business will grow your capability while gaining international exposure to help you to develop your career.

Experience shows that some of the best development comes through working in unfamiliar environments, learning to adapt to new cultures and ways of working; as a truly international group, leaders with these skills are critical to our future.

We are looking for naturally ambitious and highly talented individuals who have the aptitude to be a future leader. You are therefore likely to be:

  • a graduate with approximately 3 to 5 years work experience which is relevant to the position you are applying for
  • have a high record of performance through your studies and work experience
  • be able to show initiative, drive and ambition alongside your desire to become a future leader
  • be fluent in business English
  • internationally mobile and excited by the opportunities offered to you by a global organisation
  • focused on winning, with the self-belief and confidence to lead from the front.
